耿阿蕾，男，副研究员，硕士生导师。2011年于西安交通大学获生物学博士学位，同年开始在江苏大学环境与安全工程学院生物质能源研究所工作。
研究方向
生物环保与农业资源利用。具体包括：
1、 废弃生物质的微生物资源化利用。包括但不限于热纤梭菌的基因工程改造，
用以高效降解木质纤维素生产高附加值产品；
2、 高效且热稳定纤维素酶及半纤维素酶的挖掘与作用机制研究；
3、 白蚁及其肠道共生微生物高效降解生物质的作用机制研究。
