Welcome to the 21st International Symposium on Wood, Fiber and Pulping Chemistry (ISWFPC)

The ISWFPC is considered the most important event worldwide in the areas of biomass, fiber and pulping chemistry, wood components, bio-economy and lignocellulosic materials.
The 21st ISWFPC will be organized by the Department of Forest Biomaterials from North Carolina State University. This Symposium will be held from March 7 2022 to March 10 2022 at Talley Student Union on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, USA.

Symposium will honor Dr. Hou-min Chang’s contributions to wood chemistry and the paper industry
Abstract submissions for the ISWFPC on March 7-12, 2022 has been extended to December 17, 2021.
The symposium will also have a pre-session organized by APPTI (appti.org) on Monday, followed by a three-day main symposium.
